Culture Assessment

What is an Organisational Culture Assessment?

Through confidential feedback and organisational analysis, employees and leaders are given the opportunity to share their experiences and perspectives. The findings are brought together into a clear report, identifying strengths, themes, and areas for development. From these insights, a tailored action plan is developed to support meaningful and sustainable culture change.

How do Culture Assessments Work?

Through confidential feedback and organisational analysis, employees and leaders are given the opportunity to share their experiences and perspectives. The findings are brought together into a clear report, identifying strengths, themes, and areas for development. From these insights, a tailored action plan is developed to support meaningful and sustainable culture change.

Why are Organisational Culture Assessments Effective?

Healthy workplace cultures aren’t created by chance, they are formed through understanding, reflection and intentional action. By giving every level of the organisation a voice, culture assessments uncover blind spots, improve communication, strengthen leadership and create greater alignment across teams. The result is a healthier workplace where staff feel heard, supported and empowered to deliver the highest quality care.

Our Process

Organisational Assessment

Using either a 180 or 360 culture assessment, confidential feedback is gathered from leaders, managers, and employees to understand how culture is experienced across the organisation.

Culture Insight Report

The findings are analysed and presented in a comprehensive report, highlighting organisational strengths, key themes, areas of risk, and opportunities for development.

Action Planning & Implementation

Working collaboratively with your leadership team, we develop a tailored action plan with practical recommendations designed to strengthen leadership, communication, team dynamics, and organisational culture.

Culture Progress Review

Following implementation, a review can be undertaken to evaluate progress, measure changes in organisational culture, and identify opportunities for continued improvement, ensuring positive change is embedded for the long term.
