Individual 1-1 Neurodiversity Coaching

What is 1-1 Neurodiversity Coaching:

1-1 neurodiversity coaching provides personalised, strengths-based support for individuals with ADHD, Autism, Dyslexia, and other neurodivergent profiles. Coaching helps individuals develop a deeper understanding of how their brain works, recognising both the strengths they bring and the challenges they may experience. The aim is not to change the individual, but to help them find practical ways of working with their brain so they can feel more confident, capable, and in control.

1-1 Neurodiversity Coaching Sessions in Practice:

Every neurodivergent person is different, so coaching is tailored entirely to the individual. Through supportive conversation, reflection, practical tools, and goal-focused coaching, we explore areas that may be creating challenges, such as organisation, overwhelm, emotional regulation, communication, motivation, time management, or workplace demands. Together, we identify realistic strategies, break challenges into manageable steps, and discover approaches that work for the individual rather than expecting the individual to fit a one-size-fits-all approach.

Sessions can be delivered face-to-face* for local organisations or online via Microsoft Teams, offering flexible and accessible support around the needs of the individual and their workplace.

Why Neurodiversity Coaching is Effective:

Understanding yourself can be incredibly empowering. Neurodivergent individuals may spend significant time trying to work in ways that don't naturally suit how they think, process information, communicate, or regulate themselves, which can contribute to frustration, overwhelm, reduced confidence, and poor wellbeing.

Neurodiversity coaching creates space to understand these differences without judgement and turn that understanding into practical action. By identifying strengths, recognising challenges, and developing personalised tools and strategies, individuals can feel more confident and in control, overcome barriers, protect their wellbeing, and work in ways that enable them to reach their potential.
